Privacy

spike.dev collects very little: your email when you ask for a key, and pseudonymous usage data on each visit.

What we store

• The email address you type into the form.
• The API you picked.
• Which "Get a key" button you clicked, so we know which APIs people want.

Why

To send you one email when your API is live, and to decide which APIs to build first. No newsletter, no ads, no selling or sharing of your email.

Where

Waitlist emails stay in Cloudflare storage and are not shared with anyone.

Analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity for pseudonymous session recordings and heatmaps, to see how the page is used. Clarity also records your device, approximate location, page URLs and referrer. The email field is masked, so Clarity does not capture what you type there. Clarity sets its own first-party and third-party cookies, which hold a pseudonymous visitor ID. Details are in the Microsoft privacy statement.

Delete

Email privacy@spike.dev with the address you used and we remove it within 7 days.
