These terms cover the spike.dev website and the beta waiting list. Last updated 2026-10-24.

The service

spike.dev is building hosted fake copies of SaaS APIs for testing. Today the site only takes waiting list sign-ups. The sandboxes are not live yet, and nothing on the site is a promise of a delivery date or a feature.

Beta and no warranty

The beta is free. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Sandbox data is fake and must never be used as real data. Do not send real customer data or real credentials to a sandbox.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the sandboxes: no attacks, no scraping at a rate that harms the service, no attempts to reach other users' data, no unlawful use.

Trademarks

HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Monday, Twilio, Shopify, Stripe, Slack and Jira are trademarks of their owners. spike.dev is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, spike.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the beta.

Changes

We may change these terms or end the beta. The date above shows the latest version.

Operator and law

Operator: H. Tech Innovation LLC, doing business as Everyday Apps. Governing law and courts: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere..
